Her Majesty Queen of Great Britain Elizabeth II

June 19, 2010 National holiday of Great Britain – the Queen’s birthday

I congratulate Her Majesty Queen of Great Britain Elizabeth II on Her birthday straight from my heart. I wish her good health, family joys, many returns of the day and I also wish Her Majesty would always remain as beautiful, charming and young at heart as she is now!

Her Majesty Queen of Great Britain Elizabeth II was born on April 21, 1926, in London, and her birthday for many years now has been celebrated by the entire United Kingdom not only on April 21, but also on every third Saturday of June.

The title of Her Queen’s Majesty in the United Kingdom sounds like this, “Elizabeth the Second, by the Grace of God the Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and of Her other Realms and Territories, the Head of the Commonwealth, the Defender of Faith.”

Her Majesty Queen of Great Britain Elizabeth II ascended the throne on February 6 of 1952 after the death of Her Father, King George VI. The coronation took place on June 2 of 1953 in the Westminster Abbey. Her Majesty Queen at that time was only 25 years of age when she became Queen, and in 2006 Queen Elizabeth II celebrated Her 80th birthday.

The Birthday is annually luxuriously celebrated in the Windsor Castle. It starts with a ride around the city. A twenty-one volley salutation at noon is a necessary part of the celebration.
