Joel Robuchon at The Mansion MGM Grand, Las Vegas

April 14–19, 2010, there will be a trip to Las Vegas, USA. During the trip among the scheduled highlights is visiting a French cuisine restaurant Joël Robuchon at the Mansion at MGM Grand Hotel. The restaurant is ranked with three Michelin stars for its exquisite cuisine. During my visitation I will not be able to meet the restaurant’s chef Joël Robuchon, because he will not be in the United States at that time, but the chef agreed to give me his book of recipes written by him with his autograph as a gift.

The next landmark event will be attending a show of the legendary mega-star SHER. Tickets were booked for April 17. The show will take place starting from 7:30 PM at the Colosseum Concert Hall at Caesar’s Palace. Before the show a dinner with the legendary singer is planned. And, of course, the evening will bring many surprises. But most of all I dream of getting SHER’s autograph.

Visiting one of the wonders of nature – the famous Grand Canyon – will be a nice conclusion of the trip. Last time I was there we flew around over the canyon on a helicopter, which left an unforgettable impression. This time we will try to go down and examine it at the bottom.
